Mr. Paul Blaise is a specialist in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
 
Inspired by the failures he observed during his professional career, and resolute to eradicate problems that plague the existence of organizations,  Mr. Blaise partnered with some highly motivated friends and coworkers to create “Guidance & Productivity Staffing Solutions Services” which mission is “to help organizations navigate through the complex world of business.”
 
Mr. Blaise is a seasoned supervisor, trainer, and facilitator.  His prevalent background permits him to draw from his personal and professional experience to provide people and organizations with supports needed to be successful in a highly competitive market. 
 
Mr. Blaise’s credentials include a Masters degree in Industrial  and Organizational Psychology, a Masters degree in Law, a Bachelor degree in Business Management and Finance, and a Post - Graduate Certificate in Disability Studies.  
 
Mr Blaise has attended multiple workshops, trainings, and seminars conducted by  OPWDD for service providers. His background combines over thirty years of professional experience in Leadership, management, Law enforcement, and Developmental Disabilities.
 
Mr. Blaise has helped several organizations and leaders to overcome obstacles and regain ownership of their Present and Future.
